International customers may have to pay customs fees / VAT charges / handling fees / etc. before they receive the parcel. These charges will depend on the country you are located in and the value of the item.

Failure to pay these charges will result in your items being returned to us and your order cancelled. Please note you will not be refunded the cost of shipping if this occurs.

Due to the new tariffs in place, all orders will now automatically include a price increase to cover the import and handling charges.

International orders generally take 1-4 weeks to arrive but can take up to 12 weeks.

This varies according to your country’s customs checkpoints. Some countries are quick to release packages while others take longer.
