  Returns

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item. If you would like to open a return please fill put our contact form and include your order number. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage (unless the cameras was faulty). The customer will be refunded the amount paid minus the original postage cost. 

If you return a camera it must be in the same condition it was dispatched and any accessories must be included. This means the item has not dropped, damaged, or tampered with in any form. 

International returns must be marked as a return on the customs forms. If any import tax or duty fees are applied due to the customs form being mislabeled on your return then this amount will be deducted from your refund amount. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged, insured and sent via the appropriate postal service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

When your order arrives it should be fully working - matching the item's description. However, in the rare instance where this is not the case, you have 30 days to request a return. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the camera within 30 days to ensure they are happy with it's condition.

Please note there is no guarantee of results for rolls of expired film.

Lost in transit

If your order does not arrive within the time period outlined at checkout (international orders only) please get in contact as soon as you can. If the tracking details suggests that your order has been lost in transit an investigation will be opened with the shipping provider. Before a refund can be issued this investigation needs to be closed, for UK orders this can take up to 30 days and 90 days for international orders. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Rolls of film cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, this is because it is not possible to tell if the roll has been exposed to light and therefore cannot be resold. Returns cannot be requested due to light meter inaccuracies unless it is greater than +/- 1 stop. Please do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions about your item. 

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange of products therefore you will need to return the item and then place a new order with us.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received, inspected and whether the refund has been approved or not. If it has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please note that this may take a few days to appear on your bank statement.
